This book will introduce you to the joys of using essential oils in the home and for all the family. The practical guide is essential reading for those who are less familiar with aromatherapy. It is aimed at giving general information and practical advice about the home treatment of many common childhood ailments. Instructions on storing,blending and diluting are explained and also the author guides you through simple, yet highly effective techniques such as massage,inhalations,foot-baths and sponging down, etc. There are recipes to encourage sleep, treatments for colds, earache,nappy rash,colic,headlice, etc. I have used a few of the recipes on my "little one" and often can soothe away the hurts with a "magic oil" and I know that this book has helped give me the confidence in using aromatherapty and importantly promoting a sense of calm and well-being when my "little one" feels poorly. I highly recommend this book for any mums out there!!
