This book is very user friendly;easy to read;and useful to refer to appropriate remedies.
It is very fair, advising the reader to seek medical advice for problems which do not resolve. I feel it's amazing the power of herbs. My graduate daughter has asked for a copy for Christmas and she wants to give one to a close friend. I'm sure they will find it as useful as I have.
