This book covers most all of the popular herbs.Chapter four explains methods of application and medicinal herb teas.I would recommend this book for anyone who is interested in learning about herbs.

I came across this book following a class on herbal medicine. The book illustrates the effective use of natural vegitation to produce organic poltices and tinctures and explains the use of herbs for medicinal cures and much more. A very enlightening and enjoyable book.
