I would, and do, recommend this book to everyone who will listen and I do go on about it quite a bit! I think having a clear liver is key to ultimate emotional and physical health or regaining it. This book goes through most health issues and degenerative diseases (Cancer-Heart disease etc). Andreas Moritz's explanations give a great overview of which issues are caused by what and it seems most stem from having a blocked gallbladder / liver and bad digestion. This book is essential for everyone's bookshelf "IF" they want to have good health. I wish I knew the information which was in this book 2-3 years ago before my father passed away with very aggressive lung / brain cancers. A Harley Street alternative cancer doctor we paid a lot of money with DID NOT know this information! Most conventional doctors do not know this essential stuff on how the body works and will just prescribe more toxins (medicine), burn it or to cut out what is wrong! All glands in the body have a function and as soon as you start removing them you are on a slippery slope.
I do regular Yoga 3-4 times a week (for 4-5 years now) and had no health issues before I flushed and am 38. Since reading this book ~5 months ago, I've now produced ~1500+ stones from 7 flushes. My largest stone 40mm came out in the 6th flush! I also produced some sort of liver flukes (parasites) on the 4th flush. Some of this visual information is available on my thread I started to document this process.
I know 10+ people I have recommended this book and the flush to and they have had similar experiences to me which are all good.
I have documented all the additional info I found (with you-tube clips) and photo evidence of what came out of me (a bit gross but better out than in) on a forum for alternative health and awareness projectavalon. If you google "flushing the toxic stones from within the liver" you will find the thread with all the additional information and links that I found on the liver and gallbladder research.
I feel very relaxed and emotionally grounded since I've been liver flushing and eating mostly organic live self prepared food and will continue until I have 2 consecutive flushes which do not produce any 'stones' as recommended by Andreas. Another great place to find aware health information from is one radio network where I original heard about liver flushing from and a wealth of other health issues we all face...

Anyone who cares about thier health, especially if they are suffering from a chronic illness should consider the valuable information in this book.
While some of the author's views are a little extreme, generally the information is insightful and in many cases unique. He challenges many preconceived ideas
in the schools of medical diagnosis and treatment with a clarity and simple logic that is difficult to refute. Moveover the cleanses he recommends really work!
It's not a panacea, but a very worthwhile read for anyone who is suffering in silence, whilst doctors scratch thier heads and talk about syptoms not causes.

I am in my late 40's, 5feet 4inch, 8 1/2stone. Practice yoga regularly and am mainly vegetarian. Generally my health is above average.
I completed the miracle liver and gallbladder flush two days ago.
I have not slept for two nights due to having to constantly spit out bright white foam surrounded in mucous that smells a little of chemicals, and I mean constantly. If I do not spit then I can't breathe. My bronchial tubes have closed up after light exertion like walking upstairs as if I am an asthmatic. I have a burning sensation in my throat, nausea and there is absolutely no possibility of going to work. It would be terribly embarrassing to be spitting every 20seconds and I feel very weak, irritable and stuffy headed. I have not been able to go to my yoga class for three days or even go out of the house for that matter.
I followed Mr Mortiz's directions to the letter except that the first tablespoon of epsom salts dissolved in 6ozs of water was taken fifteen mins later than suggested.
My first thought was that perhaps I am allergic to epsom salts, but, in accordance with Mr Mortiz's advice, I took the prescribed amount that was written on the packet, before the liver cleanse to cleanse the colon and experienced no discomfort. It could be that the four tablespoons of epsom salts if too much for someone of my mass - who knows..
If I suddenly start feeling amazing I will add a post script to this review, by the way I did pass about 20 gall stones (if that is what they were).
