I own , you have a found this pocket sized book full of information in a language I could understand.The author was very practical in his approach and informed me about a good the importance of a good diet and did not preach as the title suggests but gave footnotes and brief verses from the bible as way of inspirational text and the author reiterated that just because you have been diagnosed with Cancer itis by no means a death sentence and that you should remain positive at all times as our state of mind plays a major role in our recovery process. This book gave me hope when I thought I had none and 2 yrs on I am still here and fighting.I am actually buying another copy for a friend who has Breast Cancer and thought It was important to do this review as I know this book helped me come to terms with my condition and how to live with it.
