I borrowed this book from the library and it was so good that I've decided to buy it. The book is set out in four parts: the first describes each therapy; the second lists illnesses and complaints, with suggested remedies, and includes a section for children's ailments; the third details the sources of the remedies and the final section is for Useful Information and includes suggestions for first aid, home medicine kits and a truly outstanding index and further information section.The book is beautifully illustrated and referenced throughout.
