Very interesting and so easy to do these different herbal potions.
I found the book very intriguing and quite inspires you to try the
natural remedies yourself. A very useful book, and well recommended.
A must for anyone growing their own May 27, 2010 I. Hazlehurst (Wirral. U.K) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I bought these books for my wife who loved the TV programmes and as we are keen gardeners and have an Allotment it seemed the right choice. She had her head buried in those books night after night, made lists of what next to grow and sourced jars & pots to store the various potions in she could make.
Our small family have the usual minor ailments, athletes foot, dry skin etc. and I can see these books being as well used as any recipe book and highly recommend them, if you can boil an egg you can make your own drugs too. Enjoy.
